A native of Bay City, MI, Dr. Spence earned her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed her OB-GYN residency at Ingham Regional Medical Center in Lansing, MI, before joining the staff at Women’s OB-GYN. She currently practices obstetrics and gynecology, with special interests in vaginal surgery, minimally invasive office procedures, and the care of adolescent patients.
Dr. Spence also works as an assistant clinical professor at Michigan State University in the College of Osteopathic Medicine, and the College of Human Medicine. She is certified with the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practitioners. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Spence lives in Bay City with her husband and two boys. They are currently involved with hockey in the Tri-City area.
