Are leg cramps normal?

In the last three months of pregnancy, you may experience more frequent leg cramping.  To relieve these cramps, supplement plenty of calcium and potassium into your diet.  Milk is a good source of calcium, while oranges and bananas are a good source of potassium.

Stretching your legs before bed can also be beneficial, but avoid pointing your toes while stretching or exercising.
